IHHP’s Enterprise License Program (ELP) Train-the-Trainer Process
Our certification process is much more than attending a course. Through certification, your facilitators become Enterprise License Trainers (ELTs) and participate in our full onboarding process:
The first part in the process is your organizational commitment to taking part of our Enterprise License Program. This includes identifying who within your organization would be best suited to facilitate IHHP programs, and working closely with your IHHP Leadership Consultant to understand and complete all contractual requirements.
Second, your facilitators will be paired up with IHHP’s Onboarding Specialist to gain a clear understanding of the certification process. This includes completing their ELT profile and reviewing and signing the ELT Agreement, which outlines IHHP’s guidelines for facilitating our programs. During this phase of the onboarding process, your facilitators will also work with IHHP’s Onboarding Specialist to create their learning plan and ensure they are registered for their upcoming certification.
During our four-day certification program, your facilitators first experience IHHP’s two-day Science of Emotional Intelligence program as a participant, including the EI360 assessment. During the third and fourth days they will learn to deliver the program and will practice facilitating key parts of the training.
Once facilitators have successfully click here completed the 4-day program and have received their certification, they will then be introduced their Program Manager from our Client Services team who will guide them and train them on all things logistics. This will include how to run their own EI360™ assessment as part of facilitating IHHP’s Emotional Intelligence program and gaining access to IHHP’s online resource center.
The journey as an ELT is ongoing. IHHP is committed to providing sustainment options to all certified ELTs. Updates, videos and webinars will support ELT sustainment in learning best practices for delivering the Emotional Intelligence training in your organization.
